Two major archaeological sites with one booking
This combination allows you to visit both Paestum and Pompeii with a guide while booking the two experiences together.
It is not an organised day trip and does not include transportation between the two archaeological sites. The visits are separate, and you can choose the available dates for each experience during the booking process.
This makes the combination particularly suitable if you want to dedicate enough time to both archaeological sites without having to visit them on the same day.
Guided tour of Paestum
The Paestum visit lasts approximately 2 hours and includes priority admission to the Archaeological Park.
With a specialist guide, you will discover the history of ancient Poseidonia and its later transformation into Roman Paestum.
The tour includes the famous Greek temples, including the Temple of Neptune, Temple of Athena and Temple of Hera, traditionally known as the Basilica.
The Paestum tour is available in English and Italian and has a maximum group size of 20 participants.

Guided tour of Pompeii
The Pompeii experience also includes admission and a guided tour with a local archaeologist.
Walk through the streets of the ancient Roman city and discover some of its most important public buildings, houses and monuments while learning about everyday life before the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79.
The Pompeii tour includes a headset to make it easier to hear the guide during the visit.
How the booking works
A single booking gives you access to both experiences.
During the booking process, you can select the available dates for Paestum and Pompeii separately.
After payment, you will receive the tickets and instructions for each visit by email.
You do not have to visit Paestum and Pompeii on the same day.

Is transportation included?
No. Transportation between Paestum and Pompeii is not included.
The two guided tours are purchased together but each archaeological site must be reached independently.
For this reason, visiting the two sites on different days is often the most convenient option.
